1. Sponsor
Pally Technologies, Inc. sponsors this referral competition.
2. Period
Entries count from November 1, 2026 at 00:00:00 UTC through November 30, 2026 at 23:59:59 UTC. The system closes at December 1, 2026, 00:00:00 UTC. UTC controls all deadlines.
3. Eligibility
Entrants must be at least 18 when the competition starts and legally resident in an eligible country. Eligible places are the United States; Canada excluding Quebec; the United Kingdom; Ireland; Australia; New Zealand; Singapore; Hong Kong; Japan; South Korea; Israel; the United Arab Emirates; Switzerland; Norway; Iceland; and EU member states other than Italy and Portugal. Pally staff cannot enter. Entries are void where prohibited. Residence and eligibility require verification before a prize is awarded.
4. Free entry
No purchase or payment is necessary. Share your own Pally referral link or code. Friends must independently join and activate Pally. Public leaderboard participation is not required to enter or win. Do not send unlawful or unsolicited invitations.
5. What counts
Only valid activated referrals within the competition period count. Signups alone do not count. Each friend can count for one referrer only. Self-referrals, shared household/device/payment instrument/verified-phone clusters with the referrer, duplicate identities, and fraudulent or manipulated referrals do not count. Sponsor may review evidence and exclude invalid referrals before final verification.
6. Ranking and tie-break
Entrants rank by their valid activated-referral count. A tie goes to the entrant who reached that tied count first. Exact timestamp ties use the stable account ordering shown by the final ranking system. Rankings remain provisional until verification. There is no random drawing; odds do not apply.
7. Prizes
1st place: one iPhone Duo (approximate retail value US$1,999, or a local equivalent of comparable value in the winner’s country).
Sponsor will fulfil each prize in the winner’s country, using a local equivalent of comparable value when necessary. Only prizes in the published schedule are promised. Prizes remain subject to lawful local fulfilment.
8. Notification and verification
Sponsor contacts provisional winners privately through their Pally account or verified contact details. Winners must establish age, residence, identity, and compliance within the reasonable period stated in that notice. Canadian winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before receiving a prize. An ineligible, unverifiable, or non-responsive entrant may lose the provisional award; the next eligible ranked entrant may be selected using the same rules.
9. Taxes
Winners are responsible for applicable taxes and reporting, except amounts the sponsor must withhold or pay under local law. Sponsor may request information required for fulfilment or mandatory tax reporting.
10. Quebec and disputes
Quebec residents are excluded. Sponsor will complete any filings required in eligible jurisdictions. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or recourse to competent local courts or authorities. Applicable mandatory local law prevails over conflicting terms.
11. Privacy
Pally uses referral, account, eligibility, and fulfilment information to operate the competition, prevent fraud, verify winners, and deliver prizes under its published Privacy Policy. Public boards show first name, last initial, rank, and activated-friend count by default; users can opt out in chat or the dashboard while retaining private ranking and competition eligibility.
12. Publicity
Any additional use of a winner’s name, likeness, statement, or story for marketing requires separate consent. A prize does not require that consent.
13. Changes or cancellation
Sponsor may amend, suspend, or cancel the competition when fraud, technical failure, or legal requirements prevent fair operation. Sponsor will publish material changes through the terms page and protect valid accrued entries where lawful and practicable. No change removes mandatory local rights.
