Peptide tracker

Mcg doses, cycles, and stacks, logged in a text — with a recap that knows whether you hit 8am or 9:15.

A peptide protocol is bookkeeping: exact mcg amounts, a set hour, weeks on and weeks off, often more than one compound at once. Pally keeps that ledger in your texts — it logs each dose, reminds you at your hour, tracks the cycle, and reports adherence to the minute.

The routine

How it works

Tell pally the compound, the exact dose in mcg, and the hour you take it. Each compound gets its own tracker with the dose kept as a real number and the unit attached, so totals and averages come out right later. Running a stack? Set up each one the same way, in the same thread.

At your hour, the reminder arrives and a reply logs the dose with its actual time. Log whatever detail you keep alongside it — 'left side today' if you rotate injection sites, or a note that you dosed late — and it stays on that entry as part of your own record.

Cycles are part of the setup, not something you re-explain. Tell pally the protocol — four weeks on, two off — and it flags the end of the on weeks, pauses the daily reminders through the off stretch, and picks them back up when the next cycle starts.

Ask for the recap and get the ledger, precise: total mcg for the week, days hit, and how close each dose landed to your hour. Change the dose, the time, or the protocol in one text, and the tracker, reminders, and recaps all follow the current version.

A useful fit

Good for

  • Logging exact mcg doses by replying to the reminder
  • Keeping a stack of compounds straight, each on its own schedule
  • Knowing where you are in a weeks-on, weeks-off cycle
  • Recording your own injection-site rotation notes on each entry
  • A weekly recap with totals and dose timing to the minute

Text it naturally

Things to try

track my bpc-157, 250mcg daily at 8am, 4 weeks on 2 off
done, 250mcg, left side today
how much total this week, and did i stay close to 8?
where am i in the cycle?

Common questions

Is this medical advice?+

No. Pally logs what you tell it, reminds you at the time you set, and reports what the record shows. What you take, the dose, and the protocol are decisions for you and your clinician — pally never suggests or adjusts dosing.

How is this different from the dose tracker?+

The dose tracker is the everyday version for supplements and meds. This one is built for protocol bookkeeping: exact mcg amounts, weeks-on weeks-off cycles, several compounds stacked, and recaps that report totals and dose timing precisely.

How do cycles and stacks work?+

Each compound keeps its own dose, schedule, and cycle. Pally flags the end of an on stretch, pauses that compound's reminders through the off weeks, and resumes when the cycle restarts — while the rest of the stack keeps its own rhythm.
