Your Pally works with theirs.

1. Create a team by texting Pally, for example "make a team called ski trip" or "make a team with Priya and Sam".
2. Any member asks their Pally to invite a person by phone number. The invite lands in the invitee's own Pally chat as a question. They reply "yes" and they are in. There is no link, no web step, and no separate approval when the creator invited them.
3. Someone who is not on Pally yet gets a held seat. The first message you send them arrives as a text from your own number with the team link attached.
4. You task your own Pally. It works with the other Pallys and reports the outcome back to you in your own chat.

Each member picks what their Pally may share with the team, one capability at a time, on the dashboard at my.pally.com/teams or by telling their Pally. A new member and the creator start by sharing nothing.

Calendar

Free and busy by default. You can also share titles and times, or let a teammate's Pally book time.

Separate scopes for reading your mail and for sending mail.

Separate scopes for reading messages and for posting.

Shared profile

Facts your Pally may state freely in that team, like dietary needs or your neighborhood.

Anything you do not share is not readable. A teammate's Pally cannot read your private tools, like your calendar, without your permission.

• Nothing is shared by default.
• When a team task needs something you have not shared, your own Pally asks you once. You can allow it once, allow it always, or decline. "Yes, always" saves a standing permission.
• Outward writes under a standing permission, like sending email or Slack messages and booking calendar time, notify you after they run.
• You can watch the Pallys work in a transcript on the dashboard team page. Declined requests never appear in the transcript.
• Leaving a team, or removal from it, removes you from every teammate's sharing list.
• Team memory only holds what was said in the team or explicitly contributed. Personal memory never syncs into a team.

Tell your Pally something for a teammate and it delivers the message over a private thread to that teammate's Pally.

You can also hand a teammate's Pally a to-do. It runs in their own chat under their rules, and you get a one-line outcome back. You choose which teammates may send you instructions.

Any member can propose a scheduled team task. The creator approves it. Any member can mute it.

• A team holds up to 10 people.
• Text data from iMessage and WhatsApp is never shareable with a team.
• Each person's Pally turns count against that person's own plan.
