Return it
Wrong item, delayed flight, double charge: Pally opens the claim, gets the label, and chases the money.
Returns and claims are designed to be annoying enough that you give up. Send Pally a photo of what arrived and it opens the return, gets you the label, and follows the refund for you.
The routine
How it works
Send a photo of what arrived, or the order number. Pally finds the order in your email and checks the return window and policy.
Pally starts the return on the store's site with your saved login and sends the label to your email. It handles airline delay claims, no-show charges, and double charges the same way: it files the form or emails the merchant with the dates and amounts.
Pally watches for the drop-off scan, the merchant's reply, and the refund on your linked account, and follows up when a claim goes quiet. You get one text when it resolves, including a no.
A useful fit
Good for
- Returning something without hunting for the order email
- Getting a QR label you can scan at the drop-off
- Filing airline delay or cancellation compensation
- Disputing a charge that hit your card twice
- Knowing when the refund posted
Text it naturally

Common questions
What does Pally need to start?+
A photo of the item or the order number. If the order is in your connected email, Pally finds the store, date, amount, and return window.
Can Pally guarantee the refund?+
No. It files the claim properly and follows up, but the merchant or airline decides. You see their real reply either way.
How does it know the money arrived?+
It watches for the confirmation in your email and the credit on a linked account, then texts you once when the refund posts.
