September 10, 2026

New features

  • Pally watches booked flights for lower fares and seeks eligible travel credit online.
  • Restaurant tables, event tickets, home listings, fare calendars, and retail prices load live from major sites without a slow browser session.
  • Flights include bookable fares from a second supplier, each with its own secure checkout, listed with every other price for that trip.
  • Browser errands reuse a verified way of using a site from an earlier visit and draw on shared public site observations.
  • Entry to a Pally event needs one connected account plus your name, email, and company and role, or a LinkedIn link.

Improvements

  • Flight confirmations use a branded Pally mailbox with readable details and local times.
  • Browser errands preserve progress, recover after sign-in, handle site dialogs, and verify completed actions.
  • Confirmed bookings and purchases report every detail you asked for, not just a short summary.
  • Meeting briefs and posts you ask Pally to send arrive as one message, with any links last.

Improvements

  • Pally can open PDF and other attachments from your Gmail messages.
  • Sign-in links now state the time by which you need to open them, and Pally offers a fresh link after a missed one.
  • Automation receipts show the saved schedule and run window with its timezone, so a requested timing change is confirmed or clearly not applied.

Bug fixes

  • Automations that use a saved playbook run again; a catalog bug stopped them before sending.
  • Email drafts always come back to you instead of a silent pause.
  • Promised automation notifications arrive, and conditional alerts stay quiet only when their conditions fail.
  • Voice notes and imported messages remain usable when storage or transport limits are reached.
  • Calendar follow-ups keep the created event and email replies keep their source account.

New features

  • Teammates' Pallys can pick up a to-do you hand them. You choose which teammates may send, it runs in their own chat with their rules, and you get a one-line outcome back.

Improvements

  • Upgrading mid-cycle now credits the part of your current allowance you did not use, the new plan starts fresh that day, and the confirmation states the charge, credit, and renewal date.
  • Plan and referral notices are paced per line, and asking Pally to stop takes effect at once, before any follow-up question.

Bug fixes

  • Email checks now show inbox status and retain verified results for each mailbox action.
  • Pre-meeting briefs now cover busy calendars and keep valid meetings when a calendar read is incomplete.
  • Replies and alerts now use the complete final answer, avoiding unfinished text from an intermediate step.
  • Traffic pauses no longer silence reminders or trigger outage notices without evidence of a provider failure.
  • Saved email drafts report success accurately, without unnecessary retries.

New features

  • Your personal page: Pally writes about you in its own voice, with the people and moments it knows. A separate share card is the only thing a share link shows.

Improvements

  • Pally keeps working a request through other routes and states only facts it actually found.
  • Website errands: a browser held between steps now idles instead of running, so long tasks cost less.
  • A site that asks you to sign in again inside a task is remembered, so Pally does not repeat that sign-in.
  • Travel mode follows where you actually are. A trip closes when your location shows you are home, and your own word about your timezone counts.
  • Memory keeps facts current. Each fact carries its evidence, and a newer fact replaces an older one on the same topic.
  • Upgrading your plan mid-cycle changes your subscription in place and charges only the prorated difference.

Bug fixes

  • Your account keeps one active plan, and a late payment preserves your usage window.
  • Email searches now say whether each message is a draft, sent, or received, so an unsent draft is never counted as a reply you sent.
  • Calendar reads exclude colleagues' shared calendars again and show each meeting's organizer and attendees, so a meeting you are not in is never called a conflict.
  • Email and Slack alerts read the full thread again before deciding, so a reply you already sent is not flagged.
  • A queued email or message draft appears once in a reply, even when Pally also asks about another action.
  • Deleting a second email right after the first no longer gets stuck asking you to confirm again.
  • A saved website sign-in that no longer exists sends you to a fresh sign-in instead of retrying forever.
  • Spreadsheet updates are confirmed as saved instead of second-guessed when the sheet stores a date or number.
  • Stopping reminders for a task you already finished no longer fails.
  • Excel files with empty merged cells now open.
  • Email and Slack alert decisions no longer fail when no saved notification rule applies to the message.
  • Reading a WhatsApp chat now names the detail it needs instead of failing with an unclear scope error.
  • LinkedIn reads say when your Mac companion app needs an update instead of showing a raw error.
  • Automations that must notify you now finish their last step instead of failing.
  • An automation that screens a message and acts in the same run no longer fails partway.
  • A calendar or email permission error now stops the job and says what to reconnect instead of retrying.
  • Automations that send or file email now use the right tool instead of failing.

New features

  • Ask Pally for a voice note or an audio reply, and it sends one in chat.
  • Flights you can manage after booking: add bags and seats at checkout or later, change dates, answer an airline schedule change, hold a fare and pay later, and get a confirmation email. Travelers you have flown with prefill next time.
  • Name your connected email accounts, pick one as the default, and choose per account whether Pally drafts replies. Each account keeps its own notification filter.
  • Max users outside the US can get a local number for Pally's outbound calls.
  • Send Pally a voice note and it reads the transcript.

Improvements

  • When several email accounts are connected and none is the default, Pally asks which one to send from instead of guessing.
  • Email approvals show just the recipient, subject, and your text, and Pally answers your yes or no right away.
  • Email reads show recent messages with their attachments, and a search opens the exact message you name.
  • Calendar reads list every event and pick up exactly where the last page ended.
  • Drive: one search, uploads that tell you when a same-name file already exists, and files you can name or rename on the way in.
  • Website errands move faster between steps. A saved sign-in signs you back in when a site asks again, and a one-time code from the site is relayed to you in chat.
  • Background jobs deliver each follow-up result, and Pally keeps one list of what is still open.
  • Pally answers questions about connected accounts and filters from a live read, not from memory.
  • The task list states how many automations are active, and deleting an automation says it was deleted.

Bug fixes

  • Sends that hit a temporary hiccup wait and retry instead of failing.
  • A reconnected app shows the account you just signed in with, not the old one.
  • A site that cannot be reached no longer triggers a new sign-in link.

Improvements

  • When a song or video generator declines a request, Pally tells you what happened and offers a next step, even if you were mid-conversation when the result came back.
  • Songs now come from MiniMax: one complete song from your prompt and optional lyrics.
  • Generated images now come from MiniMax, delivered as a photo in your chat as before.

Bug fixes

  • Stale card reminders in older chats no longer block making a song or video.

  • Connect Square and Pally can read your appointment calendar: ask for any day and it lists each booking with the client, service, and staff, ready to copy into your sheets or reminders.

Improvements

  • AI music and video generation is included in every plan: songs and clips count toward your monthly usage allowance instead of asking for a card first.

New features

  • Pally Pages: ask Pally to build a small website, like an RSVP page, a scoreboard, or a signup sheet, and it hosts the page at your own pally.site address and updates it when you tell it something new.

Improvements

  • Flight answers are now specific: each option shows the price, flight numbers, times, and every layover, with filters for airline, layover length, and departure time.
  • Website sign-ins that pause on a verification step now hand that step to you instead of timing out, and a new link never replaces a sign-in already in progress. A sign-in in progress also survives a Pally restart and picks up where it left off.
  • Calendar readouts now name the weekday with each date and say which calendar an event belongs to, so shared calendars are never mistaken for yours.
  • Pally now knows what Outlook cannot do, like marking mail read or applying labels, and offers the supported alternative instead of promising it.
  • Text Pally from a pally.com guide or recipe and it starts with the help that page promised.
  • When your carrier may not be delivering Pally's replies, Pally says so plainly instead of guessing at a reason.
  • Saved cards come straight from your live card vault, and the save-card link arrives ready to open.
  • A card saved through the vault page now registers with Pally right away, so the errand that needed it can continue.
  • Website sign-ins now stick: a browser task can no longer overwrite a saved sign-in, and the card-save link no longer needs an emailed code.
  • Pally now runs every web task on one browser service. Sign-ins saved on the old service need one fresh sign-in.
  • Pally now reacts to more of your iMessages with a fitting tapback instead of always replying in text.
  • One usage limit per plan: when you reach it, chat keeps working on a faster model and background work waits for your renewal, an upgrade, or a raised limit. The separate spending cap is gone.
  • If one connected account appears under two Pally numbers, Pally now asks which number to keep instead of mixing them up.
  • Share your LinkedIn profile in chat and Pally actually looks it up; a corrected link replaces the old one instead of piling up.
  • Reply to Pally inside an iMessage thread and the answer lands back in that same thread, even when it arrives while Pally is mid-task.
  • Connecting WhatsApp: once you say you're on the link screen, Pally sends just the pairing code right away, with no repeated steps.

Bug fixes

  • Approved songs and videos finish in the background and arrive in chat.
  • Asking Pally to run a scheduled job again right now always delivers it, even when today's edition already went out.
  • A reply Pally could not queue no longer surfaces as a database error; it says which email reference it needs.
  • Group chats Pally has left no longer receive scheduled follow-ups.
  • Reminders and scheduled jobs you set now always arrive; Pally can no longer decide to skip one at delivery time.
  • Background heads-ups can no longer arrive as a stray internal word; the real note is sent instead.
  • When Pally forwards a sign-in code from your email, the note now says the code follows instead of telling you to check your inbox.
  • LinkedIn profile lookups that take longer than a minute now wait for the profile instead of reporting that nothing came back.
  • Card details fit any checkout form, and stuck checkouts recover instead of stalling.
  • A saved-card check that cannot reach the card vault no longer stops your task follow-ups; Pally uses what it already knows and tells you when a card needs re-checking.
  • Pally checks its evidence before replying even when its model provider rejects a request or responds slowly, so it no longer reports an error it never hit.
  • Deleting an account now also cancels its subscription, so a removed account is never billed again.

New features

  • When a website emails a sign-in code, Pally now fetches it from your connected inbox and enters it, so reconnecting saved sites finishes without you.

Improvements

  • Text Pally while it works and it reads the new message right away, so an approved email goes out on the first yes and a thumbs-up never stalls it.
  • Email approvals now list everyone on the To, CC, and BCC lines before you say yes.
  • Replies come back faster on long conversations thanks to prompt caching.
  • Website sign-ins repair themselves in the background and before errands start, and each website keeps one sign-in across its subdomains.
  • Background work now rides out model-provider outages by switching to a backup route instead of giving up partway.
  • After finishing a job for you, Pally may point out one useful next step, like connecting the account that unlocks the next one.
  • Fewer hiccups behind the scenes: reminders, briefs, trackers, and email actions work the first time, and contact memory keeps up during busy syncs.
  • Forwarded emails now say what they carry, and sending someone a document attaches the real file.
  • Text Pally mid-task and it picks up where it left off, finishing the step it was on instead of starting over.
  • Emails go out from the account the original message arrived on, and every approval shows the From address first.
  • Email alerts follow your saved rules: an always-notify rule cannot be overridden, and quiet decisions stay quiet.

Bug fixes

  • Pally no longer says an email is on its way before it is actually sent.
  • Work Outlook alerts now fire on threads you started, matching Gmail.
  • Deleting an Outlook email asks for the same confirmation as Gmail.
  • Clearing a website sign-in now removes the saved credentials everywhere, and a site that truly needs you asks once instead of repeatedly.
  • Auto-send rules now also apply when an approved email goes out as a reply in an existing thread, so scheduled batches stop stalling for confirmation.
  • Fixed a bug that deleted new reminders and scheduled jobs moments after they were created and told you they never started; everything you set up now stays set up.
  • Setting up a new account connection right after signing in no longer occasionally reports a failure for a connection that actually worked.
  • Mailbox moves land where you asked; a moved email no longer lingers in the inbox.
  • Pally texts you from your current Pally number, never an older one it once used.
  • Scheduled follow-ups that missed their moment now expire quietly instead of arriving weeks late.
  • Calendar events are created and deleted exactly once, even when Pally hits a hiccup right after the change goes through, so you never see a duplicate.

Improvements

  • Clearer, straighter answers when you ask how Pally handles your data or who is behind the product, including exactly who can see your messages.
  • Pally's first message now does something useful right away: a working connect link, a concrete first offer, or one sharp question - never a wall of options.
  • Recurring alerts and inbox streams start only after you say yes, and weekly updates go only to people actually using Pally.
  • Setup codes arrive only when you're ready to enter them, setup links no longer dead-end, and choosing iMessage always gets a reply.
  • Pally says something is connected, scheduled, or sent only after checking it actually is, and your first reminder or brief is verified to fire.
  • "Ignore that topic" and "only message me when it's done" now stick everywhere, including briefs and watches.
  • Everything Pally writes, and every draft it writes in your name, sounds more like a person.
  • Send several asks at once and Pally sorts them cleanly: big research runs in the background and returns threaded to the right message, while quick questions get answered right away instead of dropped.
  • A calmer first week: brand-new users get fewer unprompted pings, and setup that stalls picks itself back up.
  • Pally now recognizes call screening and answers it, instead of treating the screener like voicemail.

Bug fixes

  • Filing emails into folders now works every time, including moving a message out of spam straight into the right folder.
  • Scheduled batches now start the moment their sending window opens and finish the whole list instead of quietly stopping partway.
  • Approving a browser purchase after its checkout page expired now works: Pally rebuilds the exact approved page and completes the action instead of asking you to start over.
  • New subscriptions now register reliably even when payment confirmations arrive out of order during signup.
  • Saving a card no longer loops on a connect request, and checkout verification codes are picked up from your messages the moment they arrive.
  • A promised goodbye now holds: once Pally says it will stop texting, nothing more arrives until you text first.
