  1. October 21, 2026

    Improvements

    • A link that ends a Pally message in iMessage shows as a preview card, with artwork that fits the link.
    • Option cards show what Pally knows about each choice, without flagging details it has not checked yet.
    • Ask Pally to change or delete a whole recurring calendar series, and it updates every event in one step.
    • Ask Pally to undo a bulk email change, and it reverses exactly the messages that change touched.
    • When Pally moves you to a new number, it tells you why.
    • Pally reads formatted and HTML-only emails as you see them, with symbols, image labels, and links intact.
    • Your time zone follows you when you arrive somewhere, even without a booked trip, and a routine a move skipped still runs when it helps.
    • Pally spots upcoming events that need something ready and sends real options it can order in time.
    • Pally reads PDFs that only restrict printing or editing, such as signed contracts, instead of calling them unreadable.
    • Pally runs the Mac commands your permission covers without asking again; hidden, admin, and Keychain commands still ask first.
    • Ask Pally to buy from a large store your card wallet orders from, such as Amazon or Walmart, and the order goes through with no browser or store sign-in. A store the wallet can't pay at is named as not supported.
    • Ask Pally to turn on auto-approval for your card wallet and it sends you the wallet's own link. It's on only after you grant it there, and Pally tells you when it is.
    • Pally sets a spending limit only when you ask, and says it's set only after your card wallet confirms it on every card.
    • Morning briefs give each thing that needs you today one line: what, by when, and the one step. Ask about any item for details.
    • Reminders and automations keep a time zone you chose, even when your own time zone changes or is not known yet, and Pally tells you when each one runs next.
    • Several images or voice notes in one reply are made side by side and arrive in order.
    • When you give Pally a broad go-ahead, it tells you that calls to other people still need your OK, and offers to add them.
    • Payment wallets show which connected account receives your purchase approvals.
    • Pally can help you choose a purchase and connect a payment wallet from your first message.
    • Pally asks for a missing delivery address before an order reaches checkout.
    • One-off reminders no longer pause just because you have not chatted with Pally recently.
    • React to Pally's offer to approve that work, and Pally keeps your approval tied to the offer.

    Bug fixes

    • When a connected app hits its usage limit, Pally says so instead of asking you to reconnect a working account.
    • Pally says your Mac is asleep only when it really is, and ends queued Mac work that can no longer start.
    • When you clear all your reminders, snoozed ones clear too.
    • A connection finishes when you complete a sign-in you opened earlier, even after you reopened the link or moved chats.
    • When an app's sign-in refuses the connection, Pally tells you the real reason and sends a fresh link.
    • Long background tasks no longer stop partway on very large histories.
    • When you tell Pally to show you drafts first, or not to send or call without asking, it saves that as a permission and holds those sends and calls.
    • Email to Gmail and Outlook carries up to 24 MB of files, and saved drafts with large attachments send too.
    • Texts that arrive late no longer switch you back to an old Pally number, and Pally answers them knowing what was said since.
    • A purchase or booking whose final total is above the maximum you gave waits for your OK.
    • Rules that keep some messages quiet and alert you on others work as you set them.
    • Custom automations that post to a group chat finish their runs again.
    • After two Pally accounts merge, held automation results still reach you.
    • When a WhatsApp chat's reply window is closed, Pally still tells you about results it owes you.
    • Outlook replies keep everyone copied on the thread.
    • Connect links for apps that sign in on their own site work whenever you open them, and every failed connection page offers a retry that works.
    • After Pally submits a form on a site, it waits for the page to finish saving before it reports the result.

    • Pally no longer takes back correct answers about a long page or file it read earlier in the chat.

    • Email sources keep their original dates; an unknown date stays unknown instead of looking new.

    New features

    • Ask Pally to list your saved message stops, and it shows every one, page by page.

    Improvements

    • In group chats, Pally always answers when you tag it, reply to it, or speak to it by name, speaks up less otherwise, keeps replies short, and joins banter with a quick line or meme.
    • When your Pally number changes, Pally asks you to share your location again with the new number.
    • Pally brings up the saved instructions that matter for each message, even when you have saved hundreds.
    • A draft waiting for your approval shows any replies that arrived in its thread after it was written.
    • "Tell me when they reply" works from the very first message Pally sends for you.
    • A background task that places calls gets each call's full outcome, and you can ask about a finished call at any time.
    • Pally searches your phone calls, including what was said, together with the rest of your history.
    • Pally keeps your own corrections when it summarizes a long conversation day.
    • Pally sees the time of each reminder you already set, so it does not set the same reminder twice.
    • A standing go-ahead you gave carries into the follow-up work it starts, and a revised draft you asked to see first is shown before it sends.
    • A notice that one of your automations paused follows that automation's own stops.
    • Messages you send while Pally is working reach its reply in full.
    • Pally tells apart the chat lines it sent for you from the lines you wrote, including sends from your Mac, and does not guess for older lines it has no record of.
    • Ask Pally to list your contacts and it shows every one with a count.
    • Copies of other people's messages that Pally keeps for your drafts and alerts expire after 30 days, and are erased when you disconnect that account.
    • Outlook moves accept folder names like Inbox and Archive, and Pally keeps track of each moved message.
    • When Pally's number recovers from an outage, Pally tells you it's back, unless you already moved to its new number.
    • Message bubbles in one reply arrive in order, a link stays with the words that explain it, and Pally never sends an empty bubble.
    • After you disconnect your card wallet you can reconnect it, Pally sends one working link, and disconnecting ends Pally's access to the wallet.
    • When a card checkout needs your passkey approval, Pally sends the approval link right away. If a link expires or is declined, Pally tells you once and offers a fresh one.
    • When a purchase Pally works on in the background comes in over your maximum, Pally tells you right away and asks how to go on.
    • When "the second one" could mean items in two lists, Pally asks which one before it acts.

    Bug fixes

    • When you mute Pally, work held during the mute ends quietly instead of arriving days later.
    • Results you asked for, such as a batch of images or a call campaign's outcomes, are no longer held during a burst of messages.
    • Long SMS replies with emoji or non-Latin text arrive whole.
    • A reply sent in several parts is confirmed in full, and a retry never resends the parts you already got.
    • A permission to message someone no longer lets Pally phone them unless the permission covers calls.
    • A call held for your approval dials only once, even when Pally retries it.
    • When you tell Pally not to mention your name on a call unless asked, it gives your name only when the other person asks.
    • A location share started from your Apple ID email in Find My is no longer dropped.
    • An approved purchase whose checkout page was lost rebuilds the exact item and seller you approved.
    • Pally keeps sign-in tokens in file links out of its working notes.
    • An automation or background task that reads an iMessage chat can reply in that chat.
    • When Pally resumes interrupted work, it keeps track of every message and purchase it already made, so it does not repeat them.
    • When a sign-in reaches an account that is not yours, Pally stops and never asks you for a code sent to someone else.
    • Pally never shows a wallet's placeholder card as one of your cards.

    New features

    • Records: Pally keeps the current facts on the listings, deals, and vendors you manage, trusts what you tell it over web listings, and remembers who you dropped.
    • Your dashboard shows what Pally decided for each incoming message and why.
    • Sign in to your dashboard from your Pally chat: ask Pally for a link. The sign-in page no longer asks for your phone number.
    • When you join from a creator's link, the page and your first message match what the creator showed, and Pally starts from there.
    • Your dashboard shows paused instructions, and you can resume them there.

    Improvements

    • Pally confirms your shared location when it appears later, and guides you to share it from your Pally chat.
    • Pally answers in a sentence or two by default, and briefs lead with what needs you today.
    • Pally finds any past call by who it called or when, and a call right after a dropped call picks up where it left off.
    • A reply Pally says it will report reaches you as soon as it arrives.
    • An approved purchase continues whenever your approval lands, even if the checkout page was lost.
    • Merging two Pally accounts keeps every connected app and custom MCP server working.
    • Large inbox clean-ups continue in steps in the background, so your chat stays responsive while they run.
    • On long browser errands, Pally can go back to what it read on earlier pages instead of visiting them again.
    • Replies arrive faster, and the typing indicator no longer comes back after Pally has already sent you a photo or file.
    • Deep research runs on Pally's strongest model and reports what it covered, what came up empty, and how long it ran.
    • Notices about actions Pally took say whether you, a standing permission, or a rule released them.
    • Plan, payment, usage, and refund notices keep their exact amounts and links, and no longer count against your usage limit.

    • Pally remembers what it found with its own tools, and no longer credits its own findings to you.

    • Pally suggests Telegram to SMS users, and stops sending reactions and contact cards over SMS.

    Bug fixes

    • Ticket checkouts reconcile payment outcomes consistently before another payment attempt.
    • Pally keeps private send records and page access links out of group results, including background errands.
    • Pally handles more tool inputs without asking you to repeat the request.
    • Pally checks earlier emails across your mailboxes before repeating the same outreach.
    • Pally checks who supplied completion evidence before closing a task, so its own claims do not count as your confirmation.
    • Pally shows when it sent an email or Slack message and finds the newest sent emails first.
    • Very long messages and calendars with custom time zones no longer stall Pally's replies.
    • An invite from someone with no name on file no longer shows a placeholder name.
    • When your Pally number has changed, Pally names your current number and explains the earlier ones.
    • Automations limited to one account work with every app, and keep that account when you reconnect it.
    • When you tell Pally to stop messages from one automation or one source, they stop. A run you ask for and a failed action still reach you.
    • Your saved instructions keep their original save dates, so a newer instruction wins again.
    • Pally no longer says a finished report is still running or missing, and tells you whether it reached you.
    • An always-alert rule no longer sends you the same update again when a busy group repeats it.
    • A message to a name Pally cannot match to an earlier chat waits for your yes on a draft that shows the recipient and number.
    • Your yes approves the latest draft Pally showed you, not an older one.
    • After you opt out, a parting message keeps you opted out and gets no reply.
    • A reminder delivered when you reply on WhatsApp closes, so Pally does not offer to snooze it.
    • Card checkouts work on sites whose card fields have no clear labels.
    • An email you ask Pally to send from one of your addresses goes out from that address.
    • When you erase a message, Pally also erases the copies it sent again.
    • After you approve an action Pally waited on, it carries on with the work that asked for it.
    • A reply Pally sends after a contact card or approval no longer arrives empty, and a long reply never repeats its parts.

    New features

    • Inbox triage keeps your inbox to mail that needs you. Turn it on, and Pally archives the rest as it lands and every hour through the day, and drafts replies in Gmail and Outlook.
    • Message Pally on WhatsApp at its own number. When you have been away for a day, Pally sends a short WhatsApp notice and delivers the full message when you reply within a week.
    • Pick the voice Pally speaks in on calls. Pally sends samples first, and voice notes use the closest match.
    • Pally shows choices as swipeable photo cards, each with a real photo, and a details page.
    • Where local rules need no ID, such as Dutch mobile numbers, Pally gets your calling number with just your name and address.

    Improvements

    • When you save a sign-in Pally asked for or connect an account, it picks the waiting work back up right away.
    • Emails Pally sends for you from your own chat end with your usual email signature.
    • Pally keeps waiting for a sign-in you asked it to make, and reminds you once, instead of dropping the job when a link expires.
    • When a restaurant's card or cancellation terms get stricter at booking, Pally stops, shows you the new terms, and books only after you accept.
    • Pally fills in the shipping address saved in your Shop account at any checkout instead of asking for it.
    • Browser errands wait out a site's browser check instead of giving up.
    • Pally's browser stays signed in on new sites between tasks, and it clicks buttons and options that sites show only as text.
    • Plans, schedules, guides, and budgets you want to keep arrive on an instant Pally Page you can share, and group members can ask for one.
    • Pally finds sign-in codes in your connected chats, like WhatsApp, and asks you right away when it cannot find one.
    • The availability you share with callers, texters, groups, and Trusted Pals covers every connected calendar.
    • Pally keeps chats age appropriate for likely minors without closing their accounts, and asks your age once before romantic roleplay when it does not know it.
    • Pally reads every page of a PDF, including scans, signatures, initials, handwriting, and filled fields.
    • Pally lists and opens the attachments on large emails.
    • Pally keeps your corrections and saved rules in every chat and automation, and remembers your recent days.
    • Pally checks that a place is open or an item is in stock before it recommends it, and marks any option it could not confirm.
    • Drive search results show the folders each file sits in.
    • Ask what a running task is doing and Pally tells you where it is and what blocks it, and can send a screenshot of the page it is on.
    • Forget a saved instruction and Pally erases it, and your account export includes your saved instructions and corrections.
    • A browser errand that does not need your sign-in no longer waits behind your signed-in browser on the same site.
    • Reach one Pally account from more than one phone: join two accounts or link a second phone.

    Bug fixes

    • When you edit an iMessage you sent to Pally's number, the edit replaces the original instead of standing beside it.
    • Pally tells you correctly which AgentCard cards approve purchases on their own, and how to turn that off.
    • Pally explains correctly what connecting X covers and what needs the Mac app.
    • Pally explains correctly that a message you tell it to send goes out even when you chose to see drafts first.
    • An update Pally owes you waits until it answers your latest message, so you do not hear the same news twice.
    • Calls waiting for your approval dial when you approve them.
    • A message you already scheduled waits for you when you later ask to see messages to that person first.
    • Pally sends to a chat it found earlier in the conversation without looking it up again.

    • Pally finds the sign-in you saved for the account you named, and says so when the saved sign-in could not be filled.

    New features

    • Pally reads and sends your X DMs and searches your X followers and following, sorted by follower count, through the Mac app.
    • Trusted Pals replace circles: share with each person you trust on their own terms, and their Pally can search who you know by title or company.
    • Connect your Shop account to pay at Shopify stores.
    • Pally calls to book, move, or cancel appointments and to fix support cases. It waits on hold, and gives businesses your own number for callbacks unless you say not to.
    • Restaurant tables show each restaurant's card and cancellation terms before you book, and tables that hold a card book directly with your wallet.

    Improvements

    • In group chats Pally mostly listens. It speaks when someone talks to it or needs something it can get, and follows what each group says about when it should speak.
    • A group's request that Pally talk less gets a thumbs-up and no words, a stop in a group stays in that group, and a group's own format settings apply there.
    • Pally finishes work you hand it instead of handing it back: it takes another route after a failure, keeps going past its time limit, reads content behind sign-ins, completes sign-in steps itself, and looks up on the web what your own files leave open.
    • Pally writes shorter replies by default.
    • Pages Pally builds get their own design, matched to any reference or photos you share and checked as it builds.
    • When a working connection breaks, Pally tells you once, with the fix.
    • While a long task runs, Pally tells you if it goes quiet, and no longer sends repeated progress updates about it.
    • When a job needs a connection, Pally includes the link to connect it.
    • Pally forwards a sign-in code to you only when you ask for it.
    • Connect AgentCard once, and Pally pays checkouts through it directly. Pally also answers card and transaction questions from your payment details.
    • Browser errands run independent steps at the same time and sign in with codes from your inbox.
    • Create calendar events on a calendar by its name, with labels and your default reminders.
    • Invites and the invited person's first chat use what you told Pally about them.
    • Pally asks about how you like to work after it finishes a job for you.
    • Phone number setup takes both sides of your ID and shows the real reason a registration was rejected.

    Bug fixes

    • A rule to post a message to a group when someone messages you posts again.
    • Long jobs Pally runs in the background finish again instead of stopping partway.
    • A correction Pally sends after an email keeps the files the first email carried.
    • A bare STOP stops everything, and a reminder you ask for while Pally is muted is still saved.
    • Actions you approved still run while Pally is muted.
    • Restaurant bookings that hold a card respect the spending limit you set.
    • A message you ask Pally to send once someone replies goes out when the reply arrives.
    • Reminders arrive in the exact words you asked for, and a reminder set before Pally knows your timezone uses your most likely one.
    • Pally finds the right chat or contact for a name, including names saved in another script.
    • Notification switches work the same from settings and from chat.
    • Automations no longer repeat results Pally already told you in chat.
    • Pally keeps your first message when it looks like a referral code, and people who joined through your invite before it applied get their personal intro.
    • When you disconnect an app, Pally's confirmation reaches you before it erases that app's data.
    • Pally reads every event in a busy calendar month.

  6. October 15, 2026

    New features

    • Pally keeps each topic in its own chat thread, returns results to the topic's thread, and lists the threads that still need your input.
    • Connect your Link wallet beside AgentCard to pay at checkouts and buy XP resale tickets. Link asks you to approve each purchase before anything is charged.
    • Ask Pally to keep reminding you until something is done, and it repeats the reminder until you finish.
    • Two clear money automations, each with its own switch: Money back gets you money back on flight price drops, refunds, delay compensation, and hotel rebooks; Bills and renewals warns you before trials convert or plans renew and flags bill rises, duplicate charges, fees, and cheaper options. Each checks every item again before it tells you, and stays quiet otherwise.
    • Pally learns how you work, the way a new assistant would: key people, protected time, travel, and dietary needs. It asks one question when it matters.
    • Knows on my.pally.com shows how you like things done, and you can add, edit, or clear each preference.
    • Pally reads live resale ticket prices from more markets, including nightlife events, without asking you to connect an account.
    • Pally Pages are public by default. Visitors to a private page verify their phone number and ask for access, and you allow or deny them in your chat.
    • Pally posts polls, edits messages it sent, and asks you to share your location when a task needs it.
    • Pally introduces itself once to group members who do not use Pally, so they can text it too.

    Improvements

    • Browser errands run faster and stop less: Pally pauses only before a real commitment, such as a payment, order, booking, or message, and keeps going when a site moves it to a related page.
    • Pally stays signed in to sites between errands, enters sign-in codes from your email or texts, uses your saved logins, and finishes extra sign-in steps such as "trust this device" itself.
    • On calls Pally makes for you, it stays on the line while the other side checks or puts it on hold, and asks you its questions after the call.
    • If your Pally number stops working, Pally continues your chat from a new number, tells you, and shares its contact card.
    • Pally uses the name you share with it through your iMessage name and photo.
    • Your saved preferences come first: a "no links" rule or a request for fewer reactions wins over Pally's defaults, and your newest rules win when you have many.
    • Tips for new users come from what you asked Pally to do and what it found, not generic suggestions.
    • When you report a problem, Pally emails its support team from your own inbox, and it no longer invents wait times, outages, or replies. A media job not done after a day is reported as failed.
    • Pally no longer stores card numbers. It pays through your card wallets or the card you saved with the store.
    • Group automations use only the private data you shared with that group, and creating one that shares your data counts as sharing it.
    • Disconnecting an email account also erases the flights Pally finds in it from now on.

    Bug fixes

    • Checks Pally re-schedules, such as waiting for your approval of a payment, run on time again.
    • When you dictate a change to a shown draft and say send, Pally sends it. Drafts name their recipient once and show the message on its own line.
    • "Cc me" or "forward it to me" on a reply or forward now reaches your own inbox.
    • Pally confirms which attachments an email carried before it says it sent them, and an Outlook reply that lost an approved file is not sent.
    • A purchase total above the price you were shown, or past a limit you set in your own words, waits for your approval.
    • Pally keeps the real reason an app or file failed in later messages instead of taking it back, and an expired connect link names the app.
    • A message that restarts one of Pally's tasks keeps your authority, so the task does not ask you to approve it again.
    • Pally no longer offers to cancel a subscription you already cancelled.
    • Google Calendar events marked free no longer count as busy in your brief.
    • Money checks offer the claims they find again, such as flight delay pay, and can check flights from years back.
    • On SMS, photos and short videos arrive as pictures again and only once, and replies to people outside your account no longer repeat Pally's introduction.
    • Pally replies to you again after it leaves one of your groups.
    • Reminders and automations keep running after you join two accounts.
    • Disconnecting an app works again.
    • A large burst of files no longer stalls your chat, and a file too large to read no longer blocks later messages.
    • A browser errand no longer finds a site busy because of its own earlier step, and when another task holds the browser, Pally says which one.

    New features

    • Pally creates styled PDF documents, including illustrated pages and math, and 16:9 slide decks, and sends them in chat.
    • Pally makes GIFs and adds subtitles from the videos and media you saved with it.
    • When you connect an inbox, Pally searches its history for money you are owed, such as flight delay pay, refunds, and class-action settlements. If you ask, Pally also checks official unclaimed-property sites for money held in your name.
    • Pally's default routines, including its savings work, start for everyone. Routines set for a local hour wait until Pally knows your time zone.
    • Ask Pally to send a draft later, and it sends it at the time you chose.
    • Pally keeps one contact per person: it matches names to your saved contacts and merges duplicates on its own.

    Improvements

    • Results from background work and automations arrive at once, in one reply written with your whole conversation in view, and your follow-ups reach the right task.
    • In a group, you can restart and steer the Pally work you started there.
    • In group chats, Pally speaks only when a message is meant for it.
    • Long browser errands stay fast from step to step.
    • When another errand holds the browser, Pally waits for it or takes over once it ends, instead of retrying or stopping it.
    • A purchase never goes through while you are driving the browser yourself.
    • Pally reports how long browser work has really taken, and says when a saved page PDF cannot print parts such as maps.
    • Flight and other travel checkouts pay with whichever card wallet is ready.
    • Gmail automations see new mail within about five minutes.
    • Emails can carry links with text, and Gmail reply drafts quote the original.
    • Pally gives you the real error from a connected app, confirms the LinkedIn invitations it handles, and says how much of Slack a search covered.
    • Pally says it is an AI assistant whenever someone asks.
    • Pally tells you about setup changes its team makes for you, not routine changes from an update. The tax document organizer starts on its own only for US users.
    • Deleting a conversation also erases what Pally learned from it, and disconnecting a Mac erases what Pally learned from its messages.
    • Pally's spending check speaks up only when it finds a concrete way to save, and stays quiet otherwise.

    Bug fixes

    • Joining two of your accounts with a merge code now completes, and Pally tells you if a merge fails or which code is the valid one.
    • Files reach you as links on SMS, and Pally's reminders and updates fit what SMS can carry.
    • Telegram replies, results, and reminders arrive after a dropped connection, and a send that never left is sent again.
    • You can post to your Telegram groups from your private chat again, Pally answers after it is added back to a group, and new groups get no scripted greeting.
