Bill negotiator

Pally phones your ISP, carrier, or insurer, works the retention desk, and texts you the new number.

Nobody wants to spend forty minutes on hold arguing about a modem fee. Tell pally which bill got too expensive and, on Pally Max, it makes the call, works through retention, and comes back with what it got.

The routine

How it works

Tell pally which bill feels too high and what you will not trade away. Same speed, no new contract, or no extra line: those boundaries matter more than a target number, because they decide which offers pally can accept on the call and which ones come back to you first.

On Pally Max, pally places the call and does the part people hate. It works the phone tree, waits on hold, reaches the retention desk, and asks the questions that actually move a bill: current promotions, loyalty credits, equipment fees that can be dropped, and what a comparable competitor rate would unlock.

You get the real outcome in a text: the old amount, the new amount, how long the rate holds, when it starts, and the confirmation number. If the provider would not move, pally says that plainly and tells you what they offered instead, rather than dressing up a no as a win.

Reply to decide what happens next. Ask pally to try again after the promo period, to call a competitor and get a switching quote, or to put the whole call on a yearly automation so the same bill gets re-negotiated before it creeps back up without you noticing.

A useful fit

Good for

  • Internet or mobile bills that crept up after a promo ended
  • Getting equipment and service fees removed
  • Reaching a retention desk without the hold music
  • Checking a renewal quote before it auto-renews
  • Re-running the same call every year without remembering to

Text it naturally

Things to try

call my internet provider and get the bill down, keep the same speed
my phone bill jumped $20, find out why and fix it
ask what promos i qualify for as a five year customer
try this again in six months and tell me what you got

Before you start

Common questions

Which plan does this need?+

Real outbound phone calls are part of Pally Max. On Max, pally can sit through the phone tree and the hold queue, reach the retention desk, and report the result back into your text thread when the call ends.

What if they say no?+

Then pally tells you they said no. A negotiation is never guaranteed, so pally reports exactly what was offered and what was refused. You can send it back to try a different angle, ask about a competitor quote, or leave the bill where it is.

Can pally agree to something on my behalf?+

Only inside the boundaries you set. If you said same speed and no new contract, pally will not accept a two-year lock-in to hit a lower number. Anything outside what you agreed comes back to you as a question before it is accepted.
