Expense it
From crumpled receipt to filed expense: pally finds the receipt, preps the report, you approve.
Pally digs the receipt out of your email, then preps the expense in your tool (Brex, Ramp, Expensify) through its secure browser. You review the details and say submit.
The routine
How it works
Start with the expense as you remember it: the merchant, occasion, and approximate time are usually more helpful than hunting for an email subject. Pally searches Gmail for the receipt and brings the transaction evidence together before it starts preparing anything in Brex.
Once it has the right receipt, pally opens Brex through its secure browser flow and fills the expense details it can support. The merchant, category or purpose you gave, and receipt attachment are assembled into a reviewable report rather than left as a list of instructions for you to re-enter.
Before submission, pally shows you what it prepared and asks whether it should file the expense. Check the description, receipt, and destination, then correct any detail in the conversation if it is off. The report waits while you make that decision instead of being submitted from an ambiguous first text.
After you approve, pally completes the Brex submission and reports where the expense landed. If Gmail contains several plausible receipts or none at all, it can ask for another clue rather than attaching the wrong record. You keep the useful paper trail in one thread from search through confirmation.

Common questions
What if pally finds several possible receipts?+
Give it another clue such as the merchant, date, or kind of expense. Pally can narrow the Gmail search and show which receipt it intends to attach before the Brex report is submitted.
Can I edit the prepared expense?+
Yes. Reply with the corrected purpose or other detail while the draft is waiting. Review the revised report before you tell pally to submit it to Brex.
Does pally submit as soon as I mention an expense?+
No. It finds the Gmail receipt and prepares the Brex report first. Submission waits for your approval after you have reviewed what pally assembled.
