The group trip
From "we should all go somewhere" to dates, a place, and a booking with free cancellation, in the group chat.
The routine
How it works
Every group has a trip it has been planning for three years. Put Pally in the chat: it finds the dates, brings a shortlist the group can argue about, and books the winner once someone says yes.
- Add Pally to the group and give it the brief: who's going, roughly when, and what kind of place.
- Pally finds dates from the calendars people share and asks the rest.
- When the group picks, the person booking approves it privately in their own chat with Pally.
The full routine
Add Pally to the group and give it the brief: who's going, roughly when, and what kind of place.
Pally finds dates from the calendars people share and asks the rest. It then posts a short list of places with prices, links, and cancellation terms.
When the group picks, the person booking approves it privately in their own chat with Pally. Pally books it, posts the confirmation, and keeps track of what's still open.
Good for
- Long weekends with friends
- Bachelor and bachelorette trips
- Family reunions across a few cities
- Turning a vague "we should go" into dates
- Keeping the booking, the dates, and the open jobs in one place

Common questions
Who pays for the booking?
The person who asks to book. They approve it privately in their own chat with Pally. Payment details never appear in the group.
Can Pally book flights for the group too?
Pally can find flights from each person's city and book them for whoever asks. Each booking is approved privately in that person's own chat.
Does Pally keep track after the booking?
Yes. It remembers what the group decided and what still needs an owner. It can post a reminder before the trip.
