Family schedule

Photograph whatever you actually have: the flyers on the fridge, a printed term schedule, a whiteboard, or a screenshot of the class app. Pally reads the photos, including handwriting, and pulls out dates, times, locations, and the small print about what each child needs to bring.

Where something is ambiguous it asks rather than guessing. Which child the practice belongs to, whether a session repeats every week, what time a half-day actually ends. Then it builds the events on the calendar you name, recurring ones included, right through to the end of term.

Every morning at the time you choose, one text lands with today's version: who is where, pickup times, and what to pack. On a day with nothing on, it stays quiet, so the message arriving is itself information rather than a routine you learn to ignore.

Term plans change constantly, so keeping it current is part of the job. Send the new flyer and pally updates the events, removes a cancelled practice, and keeps separate nudges for the things with deadlines, like a form to sign or an activity payment due.
