A memory for your people

Where they moved, what they're into, what they're going through: pally keeps it all, and hands it back right when you need it.

The best relationship tool isn't a CRM, it's a good memory. Mention things to pally as they come up and it quietly builds a profile for each person, ready the next time you meet, message, or shop for them.

The routine

How it works

Share people details at the moment they are easiest to remember. Text pally that Priya moved, Jake is job hunting, or a friend has taken up climbing. You do not need to fill out a profile; a natural sentence in iMessage or WhatsApp gives pally something useful to keep.

Pally connects each detail to the person and can add relationship context from the CRM you choose to connect. If a name could refer to more than one person, it can ask how you know them rather than quietly filing the note under the wrong profile.

The memory becomes useful when you ask for it. Before a visit, message, or gift decision, ask what pally knows about someone and it brings the relevant pieces back together: how you are connected, what has changed recently, and any personal detail worth respecting.

Keep correcting and adding to it in the same loose way. Say that someone changed jobs, moved again, or no longer needs a check-in about an old situation. Pally's picture follows what you tell it, so the context can stay current instead of becoming a forgotten address book note.

Common questions

Do I have to build every person's profile at once?+

No. This recipe is meant to grow through small notes as details naturally come up in iMessage or WhatsApp. Pally can ask a short clarifying question when a relationship or identity is not clear.

Can I correct something pally remembers?+

Yes. Tell pally what changed or which detail was wrong, and give it the current version. You decide what to connect, keep, and delete, so the memory does not have to stay frozen in an old conversation.

How does the CRM fit into this?+

A connected CRM can provide the existing person and relationship context for these notes. The useful personal details can still arrive conversationally through iMessage or WhatsApp, and pally brings them together when you ask about that person.
