How it works
Ask for the day and pally reads your connected calendars and gives you the shape of it: where the load is, what's back-to-back, where the free stretches are. That's the read-only half of this recipe, useful on its own every morning.
When the day breaks, say what you need in one line: clear the afternoon, push everything after 2, protect the school run. Pally works out which meetings are affected and what should happen to each — moved, cancelled, or left alone.
Before proposing new times, pally checks free/busy for the people in each meeting, so the reshuffle lands in slots that actually work on their end. It sees only busy or free for other people, never the contents of their calendars.
You approve the plan as a whole, then pally executes it: new invites out, cancellations sent, and — on Pally Max — a real phone call to rebook the appointment that lives outside any calendar. What can't be resolved comes back to you by name, not silence.

How does pally know when other people are free?+
It checks free/busy for the attendees on each meeting it wants to move. For other people that shows only busy or free windows, never event details, so the proposal respects their time without reading their calendar.
Do invites go out without me seeing them?+
No. Pally shows you the whole reshuffle — what moves where, what gets cancelled — and sends the new invites only after you approve the plan. Asking about your day changes nothing on its own.
What about appointments that aren't calendar invites?+
The dentist doesn't take a calendar invite, so pally can phone to rebook — real calls are part of Pally Max. It reports back with the new time and puts it on your calendar once it's confirmed.
