Instinct's terms say: "You agree that we may use Materials to develop, provide, maintain and improve the Services and our other products and services, including training AI models, and for any purpose specified in our Privacy Notice, subject to your opt-out rights and Vault materials as outlined below." Pally may also use your data to train its models, with an opt-out in settings, and never trains generalized models on Google Workspace data.
What happens after disconnecting
Instinct's terms say the company "may still use the indexed" data after you disconnect a service, unless you follow its instructions to request deletion. Pally's privacy policy describes data download and verified account-data deletion, with connection-specific rules for disconnection.
