WhatsApp catch-up

The group chats never stop. Pally reads what piled up and gives you the two lines that matter.

Two hundred unread across nine groups, and somewhere in there one message that actually needs you. Pally connects to your WhatsApp, reads what you missed, and separates the plans from the noise.

The routine

How it works

Connect WhatsApp, then tell pally what stretch of messages you missed. You can ask broadly about today or narrow the request to the hours you were offline. If one group or person matters most, name that in the first text so the catch-up has the right center of gravity.

Pally reads across the WhatsApp chats in that window and looks for the pieces with consequences: the plan everyone settled on, a direct request with your name on it, a moved time, or a decision hidden between dozens of reactions and side conversations.

What comes back is a short narrative rather than a chat-by-chat transcript. It tells you what was mostly noise, what changed, and which person is still expecting something from you. You get the shape of the day without working upward through every unread badge.

From there, reply naturally. Ask what led to a decision, request a draft for one person, or tell pally the answer you want to give. It will show you a message before sending it, and you can edit the tone or leave the conversation untouched.

A useful fit

Good for

  • Busy family groups that plan around long side conversations
  • Work chats where one direct request is easy to miss
  • Travel days that leave several WhatsApp groups unread
  • Finding the final time and place everyone agreed on
  • Responding to the one person who is actually waiting

Text it naturally

Common questions

What do I need to connect for this recipe?+

This catch-up uses WhatsApp, so connect the WhatsApp account you want pally to read. You decide what to connect, and pally only uses what you have connected for the requests you make.

Can I ask about one group instead of everything?+

Yes. Name the group, person, or time range in your text and pally can focus the catch-up there. You can follow with a broader question later if you also want the rest of the day's picture.

Will pally send WhatsApp replies automatically?+

No. Pally can prepare the reply you ask for, but a message to someone else is shown to you first. It only sends after you approve the wording, and you can change it or stop there.
