How it works

Text pally the question that a website is making unnecessarily hard. Include the store, booking, product, or form and the answer you need: local stock, a rule in the fine print, or whether a desktop-only step can be completed. A link helps when you already have one.

Pally opens the real site in its secure browser and works through the pages behind the obvious search result. It can navigate menus, inspect the relevant details, and use a secure browser link if a site requires you to sign in for a step only you should complete.

You get the finding back in iMessage with enough context to act on it. Instead of returning a generic page, pally can name the branch with stock, explain the booking condition it found, or tell you why the form cannot move forward yet.

Then decide what should happen next. Ask pally to double-check another location, clarify the fine print, or use Phone to call the business when the website stops short. If the task becomes an external action, pally shows you what needs approval before it proceeds.
