Package tracker
Everything you've ordered, watched in one place: out for delivery, running late, or sitting on your porch.
Every order comes with its own tracking link you'll never open. Pally picks up the confirmations from your email, watches the carriers, and texts you when something is actually out for delivery, delayed, or delivered.
The routine
How it works
Ask pally to keep track of your deliveries and it works from what already lands in your inbox: order confirmations and shipping notices in the Gmail or Outlook accounts you connect. There is no forwarding ritual and no tracking numbers to paste anywhere.
Pally follows each package through the carrier's updates and keeps the noise from reaching you. The texts you get are the ones worth getting: out for delivery today, delivered, delayed, or a package that has been sitting in label-created limbo for suspiciously long.
Ask at any moment for the full picture. One question returns everything in flight — what arrives today, what is coming later this week, and what has gone quiet — instead of a hunt through six shipping emails from five different senders.
When something goes wrong, pally can do more than report it. Ask it to chase a seller about an unshipped order, draft the where-is-my-package email, or watch a stalled tracking number more closely. Delivered means you actually got it, not that the carrier said so.
A useful fit
Good for
- Knowing which day the important package actually lands
- Catching an order that quietly never shipped
- One answer for everything currently in flight
- Getting a text at delivered instead of checking a porch camera
- Chasing a seller when tracking has gone silent
Text it naturally

Common questions
How does pally know what I've ordered?+
From the order confirmations and shipping notices already arriving in the inboxes you connect. You can also send pally a tracking number or a link directly for anything that came in some other way.
Will I get a text for every scan and status change?+
No. Carrier feeds are noisy on purpose; the watch is not. Pally texts at the moments that change your day — out for delivery, delivered, delayed, or stalled — and keeps the rest available if you ask.
What can pally do when a package is stuck?+
It can chase. Ask pally to email the seller about an unshipped order or a dead tracking number, and it drafts the message for your approval. If a delivery needs a phone call, that can be the next step in the same thread.
