Grocery run

Your usual order, staged and priced to the cent. You say yes, groceries show up tonight.

The weekly shop is the same forty minutes every week. Hand it to pally: it stages your usual order in its secure browser, shows you the exact total, and pays with a one-time card capped at that amount (US for now). You approve, it's delivered.

The routine

How it works

Tell pally what the usual is once, or just start ordering and let it learn. It remembers your staples, the store you like, and the swaps you always make, so 'the usual weekly stuff' becomes a real list instead of a conversation about lettuce.

Pally stages the cart on the grocery site in its secure browser: your items, your store, a delivery window that works for tonight. If something you mentioned running out of belongs in the cart, it adds it and says so, rather than deciding your groceries for you in silence.

Nothing is placed from a vague yes. You see the item count, the exact total, and the delivery window before anything is ordered. In the US, pally can pay with a one-time virtual card capped at exactly the total you approved; it can also stage everything and leave the final tap to you.

After you approve, pally places the order and reports back, delivery updates included. Next week the same three words work again, and changes are conversational: add limes, skip the salmon, make it Tuesday instead.

A useful fit

Good for

  • Turning the weekly shop into one text
  • Restocking staples the moment you notice you're out
  • Seeing the exact total before anything is ordered
  • Paying with a one-time card capped at the approved amount
  • Adjusting the standing order week to week by replying

Text it naturally

Things to try

order my usual groceries for delivery tonight
add limes and tortillas this week, skip the salmon
we're out of oat milk, put it on the list for next time
stage the cart but let me do the final checkout

Before you start

Common questions

How does pally know my usual order?+

You tell it once, or it learns from the orders you place together. The list stays conversational: mention that something ran out or that you are done with an item, and next week's cart follows.

How does payment work?+

In the US, pally can pay with a one-time virtual card capped at exactly the total you approved, so the charge cannot drift from what you saw. Anywhere it cannot pay, it stages the full cart and leaves the final step to you.

What about substitutions and price changes?+

You approve the cart with the exact items and total. If something is unavailable or a price moved before checkout, pally tells you what changed rather than silently substituting, and you decide.
