dealing with your data

introduction

we built pally to help you manage and cultivate your relationships. to do this, we require minimal access to your data.

this post explains what we access, and how we use it.

tl;dr

for pally to work properly, we must collect who you're connected to, and how often you interact; this is for pally to understand how strong each relationship is.

as for the content of your messages, your imessage and whatsapp messages are end-to-end encrypted, and we do not access them.

for your other platforms (email, calendar, X, and linkedin), we can access the content of your messages as these platforms are not end-to-end encrypted. we may use the content of these less-sensitive, professional messages to help your ai understand your relationships and prepare for meetings with relevant attendees.
